Xtreme Physical Therapy is committed to providing you with the best possible care. We offer a variety of services incorporating the latest physical therapy techniques available to treat a variety of conditions. Our physical therapists are committed to assisting you on your road to recovery.
Xtreme Physical Therapy is a full-time outpatient therapy clinic that employs a hands-on approach to patient care. We accomplish this by strategically scheduling each patient for 45 – 60 minute treatments with licensed personnel who are well equipped to implement the patient’s plan of care.
This top-notch care combined with the warm atmosphere created by our entire staff makes Xtreme Physical Therapy a place that patients love once they experience it.

Brian Simpson
Brian Simpson PT, LMT, Owner and Physical Therapist. He was born and raised in Washington D.C. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Kinesiology and Physical Therapy. His 27 years of experience has exposed him to a wide range of orthopedic and sports conditions that he may readily recognize and effectively treat. His one on one hands on approach to patient care is embraced by all at Xtreme.
Gwendolyn Johnson-Simpson
Gwendolyn Johnson-Simpson, Owner/Marketing Director An entrepreneur since 1995, Gwendolyn works to expand Xtreme’s reach throughout the New Orleans area. Utilizing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Loyola, she informs doctors, their staff, and the general public of the varying services provided by Xtreme.
Tara Smith
Tara is the Administrative Manager at Xtreme and has been with the company since its inception. Tara received a medical coding certificate from Delgado Community College. Billing, collections, data management, and book keeping are but a few of her duties. Tara’s attention to detail and her passion for customer service have helped to fuel Xtreme’s success throughout the years.
Regina Schlotzhauer
Regina Schlotzhauer a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a bilinguist in Spanish. She received her BA degree at LSU in New Orleans. Experienced in all aspects of personnel management and patient care coordination. Committed to continuous quality improvement/customer relations.
Cassandra Bassett
Cassandra Bassett received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dillard University here in New Orleans, LA. The skills that she has acquired as an educator are easily transferred to her duties as an office assistant. She is a team player and patient accounts are processed with diligence and thoroughness.
